Welcome to Astron Pet! We are committed to ensuring a smooth and timely delivery for all your purchases. Here's what you need to know about our shipping policy:

In-Stock Items:
For items that are in stock and ready to ship, we ensure a swift processing time. Your orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 business days. This quick turnaround time means you can expect your purchases to be on their way to you without unnecessary delays.

Pre-Order Items:
For items available on pre-order, the estimated delivery time is between 2 to 4 weeks. This timeframe largely depends on how quickly our vendors process and dispatch our orders. We strive to expedite this process and keep you informed every step of the way. Pre-Order Items are not eligible for cancellation.

Custom-Made Items:
Custom-made products require special attention and craftsmanship. For these items, please allow a delivery timeframe of approximately 4 to 8 weeks. This period allows our artisans to meticulously craft and perfect your custom orders to meet our high-quality standards.

We will dispatch your entire order once all the items you have ordered are available. In the event that your order includes pre-order items and in-stock items, kindly consider placing two separate orders if you require expedited delivery.

Shipping Rates

Domestic Shipping rates are given based on distance from our warehouse regardless of package weight and dimensions. It will be quoted at the check-out page.

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $125.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping is via UPS or USPS and will be received within 5-10 business days. You will receive a shipping notification email with the carrier and tracking number. Delivery time does not include weekends or Holidays.

Lost Package

Our liability for lost packages is limited to circumstances where an incorrect shipping address is entered by our staff. In instances where the incorrect address, including but not limited to an erroneous apartment number, is provided by the customer, we bear no responsibility for the resultant loss.

Once a package is accepted by the post office, the control over its transit is entirely in the hands of the shipping carriers, and we have no influence over the package's journey thereafter. Should a package be marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but is reported as not received by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to initiate direct contact with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. We are not obligated to intervene in such cases.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping for non-food items to customers worldwide. Please note that all international shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, any customs duties or taxes incurred are also the customer’s responsibility; these should not be the basis for rejecting packages.

Shipping times may vary significantly depending on the carrier chosen, as we prioritize the most economical shipping methods. This may result in longer delivery times than anticipated. We encourage you to consider these factors carefully before placing your international order. Thank you for your understanding!

Kangaroo Tendons are tough but flexible bands of tissue that connect muscle to bones.  When these are dehydrated, they become very hard and tough and chewy to eat.  The kangaroo tendon is the part of the animal’s legs that gives them the strength and power in their hop.  These are a tough and chewy treat that dogs tend to love and take a lot longer to eat than a jerky.  Although they are boneless, the dried tendon makes for a tough and chewy treat that is good for keeping teeth clean.  Suitable for all dogs of all ages.  A good inside treat – not too messy.

Please note:
1) The Extra Large Kangaroo Tendons weigh approximately 40 to 70g each and range in length from 25 to 35cm each.

2) The Stumpy (Short) Kangaroo Tendons have a short length tendon (up to about 10cm) - these are great for dogs that will not eat the tendon on the long ones.  For dogs that prefer only the bulb and no tendon, please see Kangaroo Tendon Bulbs.

3) The Regular Kangaroo Tendons will be mostly longer ones (i.e. they are mixes of long and short ones).

Toughness rating (1 – 3, with 3 being the toughest): 2

Please note that the toughness rating is a comparison of this treat against other treats.

As all our treats are 100% natural products, you can expect slight variations from the product pictured.

Kangaroo meat is high in protein but low in fat (less than 2% fat).  Dogs with digestive troubles may see improvement switching to this meat since low-fat meats are more easily digested.  Kangaroo treats are also tougher than other treats/meats.

Kangaroo is free ranging in Australia and harvested from their own environment.  It is a naturally lean meat that is sourced from the Australian wild.  They are free-ranging animals that graze on natural vegetation.  As such, the meat has not been exposed to or treated with antibiotics, steroids, growth hormones or pharmaceuticals.

Even if your dog does not love raw kangaroo, they tend to love to devour dehydrated roo.
