- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Food or Treats can NOT be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use, Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
- We ONLY accept returns when products are received damaged or a manufacturing fault.
- Customers are responsible for covering the shipping fees associated with merchandise returns.
