In-Stock Items:
For items that are in stock and ready to ship, we ensure a swift processing time. Your orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 business days. This quick turnaround time means you can expect your purchases to be on their way to you without unnecessary delays.
Pre-Order Items:
For items available on pre-order, the estimated delivery time is between 2 to 4 weeks. This timeframe largely depends on how quickly our vendors process and dispatch our orders. We strive to expedite this process and keep you informed every step of the way. Pre-Order Items are not eligible for cancellation.
Custom-Made Items:
Custom-made products require special attention and craftsmanship. For these items, please allow a delivery timeframe of approximately 4 to 8 weeks. This period allows our artisans to meticulously craft and perfect your custom orders to meet our high-quality standards.
We will dispatch your entire order once all the items you have ordered are available. In the event that your order includes pre-order items and in-stock items, kindly consider placing two separate orders if you require expedited delivery.
Shipping Rates
Domestic Shipping rates are given based on distance from our warehouse regardless of package weight and dimensions. It will be quoted at the check-out page.
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $125.
Delivery Time
Standard shipping is via UPS or USPS and will be received within 5-10 business days. You will receive a shipping notification email with the carrier and tracking number. Delivery time does not include weekends or Holidays.
Lost Package
Our liability for lost packages is limited to circumstances where an incorrect shipping address is entered by our staff. In instances where the incorrect address, including but not limited to an erroneous apartment number, is provided by the customer, we bear no responsibility for the resultant loss.
Once a package is accepted by the post office, the control over its transit is entirely in the hands of the shipping carriers, and we have no influence over the package's journey thereafter. Should a package be marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but is reported as not received by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to initiate direct contact with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. We are not obligated to intervene in such cases.
International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping for non-food items to customers worldwide. Please note that all international shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, any customs duties or taxes incurred are also the customer’s responsibility; these should not be the basis for rejecting packages.
Shipping times may vary significantly depending on the carrier chosen, as we prioritize the most economical shipping methods. This may result in longer delivery times than anticipated. We encourage you to consider these factors carefully before placing your international order. Thank you for your understanding!

The Hero Hook
Fresh From the Farm!
Your pup’s favorite market find is here! The Cabbage Crinkle Nosework Toy is harvested for ultimate fun, layering crinkly leaves over a hidden squeaky ball. It's a multi-sensory puzzle that satisfies your dog's natural foraging instincts in the most delicious way.
The "Why" Section
Are simple, one-dimensional toys failing to keep your dog engaged? Standard puzzle toys are often solved in seconds or break too easily, leaving pups (and their parents) looking for a more rewarding challenge.
BITE ME solves boredom with a multi-layered, interactive experience that keeps dogs entertained longer. We designed the Cabbage with nine crinkly leaves, deep pockets for hiding treats, and a bonus squeaky ball inside. This offers varying levels of difficulty to challenge and stimulate your furry friend's mind, satisfying their instinct to sniff and explore.
The 3 Core Pillars
🧠 1. Multi-Layered Foraging Fun
Unpeel a feast for the senses designed to challenge and entertain.
- 9 Crinkly Leaves: Each of the nine plush leaves is packed with an irresistible crinkle sound and creates the perfect hiding spot for treats.
- Progressive Difficulty: Hide snacks loosely in the outer leaves for beginners, or tuck them deep within the core for a brain-boosting challenge for pro-sniffers.
🔊 2. The Secret Squeaky Core
Peel back the leaves to discover a surprise toy-within-a-toy.
- Detachable Squeaky Ball: The heart of the cabbage is a soft, squeaky ball attached with gentle velcro, ready to be discovered and used for a game of fetch.
- Bonus Hidden Pocket: Even the inner ball features its own secret pocket to extend nosework fun and pack in more rewards.
🥬 3. Adorable & Durable Design
Combines our signature witty aesthetic with premium, pet-safe materials.
- Irresistibly Plush: Crafted from soft yet durable polyester fabric that stands up to enthusiastic foraging while being gentle enough for cuddles.
- Charming Details: Features a grumpy but loveable cabbage face with high-quality embroidery that adds personality and won't easily come off.
Quality & Safety Evidence
At BITE ME, we prioritize "Pet-First" engineering in every stitch.
- Pet-Safe Materials: Made from non-toxic plush, cotton, and polyester fabrics to ensure a safe and healthy play experience.
- Secure Construction: All elements, including the embroidered face, crinkly leaves, and velcro attachment, are securely stitched for enhanced durability.
- Pre-Use Care Recommended: We advise a gentle hand wash with neutral detergent before the first use to remove any potential production dust or loose fibers. Please also remove the paper tag before play.
